RIDE’s barre is a fun, effective, full-body workout that blends pilates, ballet, yoga, and functional training. All movements during class are carefully crafted to combine your body weight with light equipment (barre balls, hand weights and resistance bands) to sculpt and slim your arms, legs, glutes, and core. In this class you will sweat, pulse, and embrace the shake; leaving you feeling stronger than you walked in!
